iPhone/iPad App Programming Class: Episode 1 (Part 2/3)


AppShocker presents an iPhone/iPad app programming class which intends to give beginners, advanced programmers, and professional software engineers the necessary skills in order to program their own professional apps. This iPhone / iPad Programming class will focus on how to write your apps using the Interface Builder. However, you will also learn how to write your apps completely manually without the Interface Builder in order to create apps which are also compatible with older iPhones and iOS versions. Episode 1 – “My First Cool App” is about how to write your first simple iPhone app, using the following UI elements: UILabel, UITextfield, and UIButton. Moreover, you will learn how to write your first method sending the text introduced via your textfield to your label. You will also see how to close the virtual iPhone keyboard after having clicked on your UITextfield.
